Scholarships for Home/EU students
The MSc in Crop Improvement examines crop improvement through advances in resource use efficiency, crop protection and modern crop improvement and breeding techniques. Focusing upon the understanding of plant to crop systems, and with an emphasis on research training, the course is ideally suited to those wishing to pursue careers in research institutes, plant breeding, agro-industry and advance to higher research degree (PhD) study.
Students should have a first degree in an agricultural, biological or other relevant science from a university recognised by The University of Nottingham.
Two full tuition fee scholarships are available to Home/EU students starting the course in September 2008. School bursaries of £2,000 are also available.
